Refund policy
We provide a 14-days return policy for all customers. You have 14 days to apply for a return after receiving the product, starting from the day the product is successfully delivered as shown in the tracking information, even if you have not opened the package or the package is kept at a pick-up point which has not been picked up, but the time has been included in the 14-days return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before you need to return an item. Once you find a product that is defective, missing, different from our description, or has size issues, please follow the steps below to get the service you need.
Step 1: Please contact our customer service via email (info@omycos.com) after the package is delivered, describe the problem you encountered and provide clear photos of the product. Our customer service will determine whether to provide return/exchange services based on the information you provide.
Step 2: If the return request is approved, we will send the return address via email. Please return the product within two weeks after confirmation. If it exceeds two weeks, we will assume that you have given up the return and exchange service. Shipping method is airmail provided by local post office only. We are not responsible for return shipping and customs fees, which need to be borne by the customer.
Step 3: After we receive the returned items and inspect them, and determine that they meet the return and exchange requirements, we will arrange a refund or exchange within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We can provide return/exchange service in the following situations:
1. If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a new one for free.
2. If the product you received is defective or missing accessories, we will resend the defective or missing part. If the defect affects the entire set of products, we will resend a new set.
3. If we sent the product with wrong size to you. After confirming your size, we will resend a new product with the correct size.
4. If the product is completely different from the description, please provide clear photos of the difference along with the description, and we can provide a new one or refund. Please note that slight color differences between photos and actual product are inevitable.
5. If you want to return or exchange the items by yourself by mistake or subjective case, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage and customs fees.
Returns/exchanges are not available under the following situations:
1. Products that have been used or washed
2. Products smelling of cigarette smoke or perfume
3. Stained or severely damaged products
4. Products customized according to customer requirements, including customized sizes, custom colors and accessories, and other customized items according to customer requirements. For customized products, we will only provide new products or parts for defective products or parts.
5. Product delivery failed because the customer provided an incorrect address.
Refunds

Please note: It usually takes several days for funds to be returned to your account or card. For specific times, please consult the payment service provider or bank. Please refer to Order Cancellation and Return Policy.
1. Once the product is shipped, you must apply for a return after receiving the product. You can only apply for a refund after we receive the return.
2. If we sent you the wrong product, we will resend you the correct product. If you no longer need it, please apply for a return and we will issue a refund after receiving the return. Return costs are borne by us.
3. If we sent you the wrong product size, we will resend you the correct size. If you no longer need it, please apply for a return and we will issue a refund after receiving the return. Return costs are borne by us.
4. If there are quality problems with the product, or the product is defective, please contact us. If it is necessary to be returned, we will issue a refund after receive the return. Return costs are borne by us. If it is not necessary, we will refund you within three working days. Color display errors and product detail adjustments are not quality issues.
5. For returns due to customer subjective factors, we will issue a refund after receiving the return. Please note that in this case we will only refund the product price to you and the shipping costs will be kept.
6. If the package is delayed due to logistics transportation and other uncontrollable factors, please wait for the package to be successfully delivered. We cannot issue a refund for this reason.
7. If the package is lost in transit, please contact us. After confirmation from the shipping company, we will contact you and resend a new one. If you no longer need it, we will refund you within three working days.
We strive to provide better services to our customers and hope that our hard work will be satisfied by our customers. Although the refund policy is explained in detail, emergencies are inevitable. Please remember that no matter what happens, we hope that we can solve the problem through friendly negotiation.
