Shipping Policy

Currently, we provide transportation services to most countries in North America, Europe, Australia and other regions. If you cannot place an order and pay in your country or region, please feel free to contact us and we will handle your request in a timely manner.

Processing Time: Typically we will send your order to the warehouse for processing within 24 hours. Most of the hot selling cosplay costumes and wigs are usually in stock and we ship them out in about 3 working days. The latest developed styles and some styles that have been on the market for a long time are usually not in stock. We need to customize according to the order. Customized cosplay costumes, shoes and props usually take 7-10 working days to complete (some holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, etc., It may take 20 working days). If there are special customization time instructions on the product details, usually follow the instructions on the details page. Customized products will be shipped within about 3 working days after production is completed.

Shipping time: We use safe and reliable Direct Line logistics, standard shipping / 7-14 working days (including most countries and regions in North America, Europe, and Australia), fast shipping: 5-8 working days (only available in the United States). Please note that shipping time does not include handling time and customization time.

Tracking your order: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking method. You can track your order at any time according to the email. You can also access tracking orders in our store at any time, and you can enter the order number or tracking number to track your order.

We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for shipping times, which are provided by carriers and shipping capacity may vary at different times and to different destinations, especially during global sales seasons. If you make any mistakes in the shipping address when filling out the purchase form, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change the address and the resulting loss will be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are displayed before order submission. We charge shipping fees based on product weight. Different products and different quantities will show different shipping costs. We try our best to provide shipping services with more reasonable shipping costs.
